what are some of your favourite ways to mess with a sub’s head?

mindfuckery is one of my biggest kinks; i just love melting a sub’s brain and having them so helpless for me. i’d love to know some of your favourite ways to psychologically play with them!

here are some of mine:

• orgasm denial duhhh (a denied sub is a desperate sub, and a desperate sub is an obedient sub)
• conditioning them so their pleasure is tied to me and whatever i decide
• corrupting them with really weird and fucked up kinks, then kink-shaming them
• telling them to stop thinking about me (it really fucks them up… the more they try, the more they fail)
• confusing them with conflicting commands, setting them up for failure then punishing them
• the classic blackmail and gaslighting
• being really sweet and nurturing then switching on them immediately (this just comes naturally with my mood swings🙄)
• asking about their trauma or deepest insecurities then using it against them

obviously this should always be negotiated beforehand with the sub using RACK/PRICK lol... and proper aftercare etc. but ugh it’s just so so fun. i’m definitely more of an emotional sadomasochist over physical (although i still love physical pain hahaha).
