Also want to ask din, How does one go about finding therapy while being in a family that seems like they don't support mental health struggles. I'm 23 na po and I can't drive so I feel hopless in my life na and the idea of doing online makes more anxious so i rather do face to face and I'm wondering if there's anyone that was in the same situation as me and was able to find help...
