Will Stal Gorzów start and complete the season??

It is still unknown whether the club's authorities will manage to complete all the formalities in time to take part in the games. Despite this, the players representing the "yellow and blue" have just left for the track. The "Stalowcy" chose the German Wittstock as their training ground. Oskar Paluch and Oskar Fajfer, among others, presented themselves at the local Wölfe stadium.

Let us recall that Stal Gorzów received a supervised license to start in the World's Best League. However, if the Gorzów team fails to complete the necessary formalities, this license may be taken away from them. Despite the assurances of the club's authorities, the fans have reasons to continue to scream about the future of their club. The future of Hubert Jabłoński in the team from the Lubuskie province is still uncertain.

Stal's problems began at the end of last year. Financial and organizational problems came to light. Waldemar Sadowski, acting president, left the club. Dariusz Wróbel became the new leader of the Gorzów organization. Auctions and a collection were organized to save Stal Gorzów.

However, there are still problems. Among other things, a friendly match with Stelmet Falubaz Zielona Góra, which was supposed to provide a significant injection of cash to the club's coffers, was canceled.Last season, the Gorzów team took fourth place in the league table. After losing the semi-final battle with Betard Sparta Wrocław, coach Stanisław Chomski said goodbye to Gorzów. The battered Stal faced KS Apator Toruń in the matches for 3rd place.

The Toruń team turned out to be better and took home the bronze medals.Before the 2025 season, not only were there changes in the organizational department, but the line-up was also adjusted. The team is missing, among others, Szymon Woźniak, who was replaced by Andrzej Lebiediew. Jakub Stojanowski ended his junior career, and no one who met the regulations regarding the presence of a U24 player in the matchday squad was brought in to replace Jakub Miśkowiak.
