Simple Open Freeside (Old Mormon Fort Gate)

I'm not sure what caused this, maybe the LOD? I had this mod installed before and ran into this issue but, this was a previous playthrough where I installed it midway. Now this is a new save and was hoping this would resolve it but no. It's the only problem I'm having though, so kinda minor. When I clip through everyone are there no problems or anything and the rest of Freeside is fine it's just the double gate. I can delete the nif but the second one is attached to the walls so deleting that removes the entire surrounding. Any solutions?
