2021 Polo - Fan Resistor

Hi all,

My a/c fan only works on speed 4. I've researched and I've put this down to the fan resistor.

I've watched YouTube videos on how to replace, but these all seem to be on older Polos. Can anyone advise where the resistor is located on a 2021 model and how to access it?
