Getting back into it

Hello peeps. I want to get back into my hobby (Games Workshop) I haven't been since I got a GF in 2010 looong time ago. I want to build on my Necrons (ye olde green rod boys) I'm also a fan of Nurgle and I was wondering Could Necrons Flayed ones be classed as Nurgle if they're converted to have Nurgle flesh instead?
