New laptop for Graphic Design

Hi everyone! I'm searching for a new laptop that would run smoothly the adobe suit plus figma/touchdesigner/ maybe blender. I was lucky enough to have a macbook pro m1 max and it was great, but now I don't have it anymore (it was lended to me) and I would love to keep my new laptop under 2k if possible. I am open to use both windows or macos, do you have any recommendations specs wise?
