Celestial Blessing & Revive

Can someone please explain step by step how to use celestial blessing and revive teammates? It says I own Celestial Blessing Level 2 in the chrono shop. I own Celestial Costume for Cyber Blade and have it equipped. But I don’t see any options anywhere on how to equip the blessing nor do I get any options during 2v2 to revive a teammate.
