Am I getting Scammed?

Hey guys, I recently came across a video on TikTok where the woman was saying she charges 370 for a root touch up. The comments were all people saying that’s outrageous and too much. I have blonde hair and go in occasionally to my hair stylist for a root touch up and pay 320.. sometimes she charges me 400 for using a hair mask on me as well. I’ve been going to her for over 5 years now and I’m starting to feel like this whole time I’ve possibly been getting scammed. This is in the IE area in Cali. If there’s anyone who knows how much is a regular price for a root touch up all she does is a bleach and tone please let me know If I’m being scammed :/ thank you!
