[KCD2] Where does Bailiff Crux in Miskowitz live? I want my Groschen back! (I keep getting an odd bug)

You know how you have to pay him 500 Groschen, or barter with him to free the prisoner Janosh for the Dry Devil?

For some odd reason, whenever I barter with him, I'll agree to like 350 Groschen, but he takes around 800 from me! More than the 500 he even wants in the first place!

So I decided to just pay him the 500, now I want my Groschen back by pickpocketing him, I just can't find where he sleeps. Any ideas?
