Being gifted a 1999 Class C Winnebago 31' Ford 450

Motor runs. Had a few little leaks. A busted side window on coach that has been covered. Needs new motor in rooftop AC, new house battery, new tires. It's in Houston so we'll fly there to pick it up. We're old timers so can't really do any work ourselves. Suggestions in Yuma AZ area to work on this. What do we look for or check ourselves? We're willing to put $5k into to use for a couple years.
