Is there any difference between cobalt blue and cobalt blue hue in terms of lightfastness?

I’m wanting to add cobalt blue to my pallet, the other blue I have is ultramarine and I struggle to make nice greens.

Also I like Monet and Van Gogh and they used cobalt blue sooo yeah.

But apart from price is there really a difference in the lightfastness? Oh and toxicity?
