Primarchs....hear me out

I have looked online and here and I dont think anyone discussed this subject yet.

But I believe there are evidences that all primarchs powers "awake" or "ascend" at one point in their time, both the loyalist and the traitors.

The gestation period in the pod > fast body physical maturity > mental maturity and setting of their "natural powers" and specialties > awakwned powers.

For example in the above case scenarios, the traitors have all "awakened" or "ascended" but through becoming demon princes, a shortcut in a way, that doesnt reflect their true 100% "possible" awakened state. [Think an athlete perfecting his body and technique to reach his peak vs a fit person taking steroids to reach his peak: for example]

Meanwhile on the loyalist side only 2 primarchs have awakwned their powers.

The lion (dimensional rift) Corax (body disintegration / reintegration)

Guillman (being in status all these years) has yet to "awaken" his powers.

Tldr: all primarchs have a second phase power surge coded into them "an awakened state of powers" , the traitorous ones that became demon princes got to that "state" via the gods, but it blunted their true potential.
