Alternatives for ibuprofen while on Lithium for those who get migraines?

This isn't a review of Lithium itself, nor are my migraines from Lithium. I am curious about alternatives to ibuprofen to avoid Lithium toxicity.

I have suffered from migraines in the past, and ibuprofen was the only thing that helps relieve them. I was weary aboit taking Lithium for for this reason. Tylenol has not helped.

I'm kind of at a loss, I wasn't given good alternatives from my psychiatrist.

I'm currently suffering from a migraine right now, all night into this morning. I've been throwing up, sweating with chills, and just feel awful. I'm considering going to urgent care. I don't know what they can do for my migraine Usually ibuprofen would have helped me.

What has anyone else done for severe migraines who may also be in my position?
