Is this normal?

Playing Cyberpunk on my Neo G9 57” in 7680x2160 and this noticing this weird artifact on the UI on the screens sides? Is this normal behavior for Cyberpunk or is my monitor acting weird?

Hardware: CPU: 13900k GPU: 5090 Memory: 64gb 5400 (I think) Monitor: Samsung Neo G9 57” 7680x2160 in 240hz Using DP 2.1 cable and connection
