Beware of Cashify Store at Esplanade Metro – They Rated Themselves on My Google Account Without Permission!

I had a really shady experience at the Cashify store inside Esplanade Metro Station, and I want to warn everyone about it.

I went there to get a price quote for my old phone, and while evaluating it, one of their representatives gave themselves a 5 star rating on my Google account without my permission! Thankfully, I got a notification from Google and was able to edit the review to expose what actually happened.

When I called the store to confront them about this, they straight-up denied everything and even started calling me a liar instead of addressing the issue. The audacity is unreal.

Also, for anyone planning to sell their phone, please check other shops at Chandni Chowk along with going to Cashify. Cashify offered me only ₹5,500, but I sold the same phone for ₹7,500 in Chandni. You’ll likely get a much better deal there.
