Tdiu p&t to 100 p&t

I’m tdiu p&t but I’d like the freedom to earn more than 13000 a year without worry. I’ve been doing uber two days a week as a therapeutic endeavor trying to be around people again. I’m making good money with tips but I’m worried I’ll go over the amount I can make in a year and get in trouble so I’ve been trying to see if there is a way for me to switch to straight 100% p&t. I’m currently doing the Va ptsd inpatient looking for answers any recommendations would be appreciated I’m scared to do anything that would jeopardize my current rating but I also want to live free from worry.
