How do you feel as a woman?

I am a woman—I’ve always been. I have breasts and a vagina, but I honestly don’t know what it means to "feel like a woman." I just feel like me. I enjoy sex with botth, men and women. Currently I'm in my longest and most beautiful relationship with my fiancé.

As a child, I was unsure which gender I belonged to, but I never really questioned it again after that. I just exist in this body, in this life, as myself. And that feels okay—most of the time.

Some days, I hate myself thanks to cptsd and bipolar. Other days, I feel at peace with who I am. With all my struggles, all my strengths—just as I am.

Today is International Women’s Day, and I don’t have another woman to celebrate with.
