Microdiscectomy in l4 l5

Prior to my lumbar micro discectomy, i had toe numbness on my right foot from sciatica. I had my surgery 2 weeks ago and numbness has not improved at all. Im scared the surgeon did not remove all he was supposed to. Had anyone else had the same issue?
