PERM about to be approved, company layoff

My PERM filed in December 2023 is soon to be approved but I am told my last day at my current job is 30th April 2025.

HR said they won’t withdraw PERM, but they will also not file i140 since I will not be with them after 30th April.

What are my options? Can I keep the priority date? My H1 has 2 years left on it
