i just filed 3 claims and need to know if i am on the right path for a positive claim outcome.

IBS due to Medication ( Gabapentin

muscle spasms( seizures cyclonic) due to Medication (Gabapentin

sleep apnea ( gabapentin.)

I was Diagnosed ( through VA doctor) with IBS 2 years ago, in that time i have gained alot of weight ( considered obese ) while on Gabapentin i also have issues while laying down trying to sleep, where my throat closes up choking me and making it difficult to breath.. i had a sleep study done two years ago as and was prescribed a CPAP machine for sleep apnea... MY question is can i make a triple link between Gabapentin and sleep apnea

Gab made me obese,, being obese is a precursor to sleep apnea since the Gabapentin made me obese can it also be linked to the CPAP and sleep apnea?

and with the IBS Gab is making constipation and diarrhea worse.. one time its like trying to pass a concrete bowling ball, other times ( often in same day.) it's like i just had an all you can eat buffet from taco bell's dumpster... just wondering if if the nexuses are clear enough or if i should prepare for a long fight from the VA
