New player looking for deck advice

Hey all! I've recently had many of my friends try to convince me to play Magic, both standard and commander. I'm caving. I'm a very gothy person, I love horror, the occult, and everything related. I love a good spooky vibe from a deck. Is there any decks that fit this description? Vampire girls and demons etc.? My local game store has a load of magic singles and bulk for each colour that they just casually give away. I'd like to stick around $100-$150 for a start, for either commander or standard (my locals runs a casual and a competitive night), but upgradable as I get further into the game. Also, is there any special required tokens or anything? I have sleeves, deck boxes, dice, and a playmat from other card games I play. Any advice is very much appreciated! Any lists appreciated even deeper. Thank you so much!
