X8 Omni pro doesn’t seem to use the cleaning solution

I’ve been using the x8 for about a month and the cleaning solution in the cleaning solution box doesn’t seem to go down, there’s no cleaning solution smell when mopping the floors, the only time there’s cleaning solution smell is when washing the mop. Does it only use the cleaning solution in the cleaning solution box when washing the mop? Does anyone have a similar experience?
