AITAH for wanting to cut contact with an old date?

Ive dated someone mid last year, thought i was healed from a break-up, i wasn't. We decided to keep contact low until i was ready for it because we both really liked each other and wanted to see if we could get something out of this. Recently i felt ready for it and we started talking more and more and hung out a few times, all was well, apart from every time we'd got away from each other we would have discussions, just for the sake of discussions.

Now 2 weeks ago or so we saw each other again and immediately afterwards made plans to hang out again. However she got busy and had to spend a day in the hospital for something so we couldn't hang out, which i understood.

However, this week we made plans and she told me that she could hang out on 2 consecutive days. Now on day one she said she probably couldn't hang-out because she was in the hospital for a check-up again and told me she had a lot of pain but that she would let me know how things would go because we could at least just chill on the couch. She didn't let me know how things went until the last minute. So we couldn't hang out.

So we agreed on Saturday (today). So yesterday evening i asked her "i know that you want to look at it a day at a time, but do you think you're feeling okay enough to hang out tomorrow?" to which she replied "oh man, sigh.... I already told you i was going to look at it day by day, i don't even know how to respond to this"

So today she messaged me "i woke up with pain so we're not gonna see each other, sorry" and to be honest. I'm kinda done with it. I understand that someone has pains/aches, but there's something about her last response that just turned me off in every way possible. And i'm seriously considering just texting her that i'm done with it after months of on/off contact, tons of discussion, and this difficulty of hanging out the last few weeks.

But AITAH for doing so? I'm not gonna block her, not gonna offend her. I'm just thinking about telling her and delete her number.
