World Tour and Multibucks

I really wish there was another way to gain multibucks other then paying and WT. I solo queue and only get decent teammates once in a blue moon. I played 6 games in a row with 2 lights(i play heavy). So much time wasted because on only one of those 6 games we advanced at all. It's hard to advance when your team is just off doing their own thing.
