Lock-on causing sensitivity problems

Having an issue where my camera sensitivity gets lower by itself after being in combat using the lock-on feature. After the fight, I notice my sensitivity is drastically lower than what I had before the fight. And fast traveling seems to set the sensitivity back to normal. Does anyone know a fix for this? It's driving me crazy.
