How can I learn French?

I'm from Europe and want to start studying French. I have experience with English and I can read/pronounce French. However I can't speak freely as I'm probably at A1 level. Can anyone recommend me ways/places to learn spoken French (learning the grammar is not my biggest priority). I prefer to begin without paying for apps. Sorry if I'm asking a question that's already been asked but I'm interested! Thank you!
