(India) Undergraduate or STC transfers ps some more questions

Result of my 10th grade isn't out yet but I'll be scoring 85 to 92 percent.

1. Is it confirmed that If I join STC I'll be transferred to UG after 2 years and will I get MEXT for UG years too? I don't wanna waste my 2 years as I don't want to remain without a bachelor's degree.(Game dev to Computer science engineering)
2. Currently I'll start my 11th grade in April. So should I apply at the end of 11 th I.e. 2026 or at the end of 12th grade I.e. 2027?
3. (For Indians) Please share Whatsapp/telegram group for students aiming for mext in India. I am constantly aiming for JEE as Backup plan so yeah in a coaching with dummy school. Will it be a problem? And does it matter if it's a reputed school or not.
