Cartillage piercings. Do you wear the earring at night? Is it comfortable?

I have 6 piercings, 2 are helixes on either side of my ears. One of them I had for about 10 years, the other for 3. When i first got the oldest one, I used to wear jewelry at all times, until I was forced to take them out for a new school. Since then I wore them on and off, and whenever i wanted to wear an earring, my ears bled. Recently i decided to get a set of earrings that are small, flatback and comfortable, which is why I am here. The cartillage piercings: one is flatback, other is a ring. Both seem to hurt now, not extensively, but noticeably. I know if i take the earrings out, they won’t grow in, but I am tired of repiercing myself, i know it will heal eventually. Do you wear the earrings at night? Only flatbacks or rings too?
