I’m confused about Fiorese

I’ve been following one of Fiorese’s reps on Instagram, and something seems off. The insta account posts photos and videos of jewelry pieces from luxury brands like Cartier, Bvlgari, V&A, and Buccellati. At first, I assumed they were making dupes, but then I noticed that the pieces in the posts actually have the brand names and hallmarks engraved (as if they were real). Are they openly producing counterfeit luxury pieces WITH brand engravings? Which would be clearly illegal. Or are those pieces actually real and Fiorese is pretending that they made them to imply their craftsmanship is on par with these brands? (Which would still be highly misleading and unethical.) I'm confused.
