I'm a teacher looking for a new career. What I should I look into?

I'm an elementary teacher right now but I'm looking for something different. I do enjoy working with kids but not so much with the parents. I have some experience with data entry and I worked at a DV shelter before, but most of my experience is in a classroom setting. I would like a job in Human Resources but I am unsure where to start. My issue is that I enjoy jobs that help the public but those don't pay well. I'm hoping to find a new career by June. My options are limited since I have a disability and can't do labor intensive work. I'm open to going back to school but I don't want to spend time and money on something I won't enjoy doing or won't end up being a well paying profession. I'm sorry this post is all over the place but I feel a bit lost about my next steps.
