I need advice regarding my house!

For context i’m 18 and have lived in this small two bedroom house since i was 1 with my mum and dad and his mum live in the small house next door (it’s a row of 3 houses) it’s privately rented and about £1030 a month but my mum had housing benefit to pay majority. Both my parents died last year (dad in may and mum in december) and i haven’t been able to pay rent since. december because i haven’t been receiving my pip as it was going into my mums bank account as i didn’t have a death certificate and i haven’t been able to apply for UC as i don’t know exact dates of when i moved here or anything. It is just me left. I got a call from the property manager saying rent hasn’t been paid for two months and i should start looking at other places otherwise they’ll have to evict me. i don’t know what to do i haven’t even been able to process my dads death let alone my mums and she was my everything, my whole life has been in this house i found my mum dead in this house and im so lost at what to do i still haven’t received my PIP and im living day to day on not much. there is so much stuff for me to go through are they going to kick me out immediately? i dont know how this works the property manager told me on the phone i probably can’t afford to stay here as i cant work and go to school (im in college) and i should look at starting to pack up my things and look at other places and dont worry about anything that doesnt have resale value. please help i need advice!
