Wierd glitch or potential server crash?

I was just playing a game and lost connection. My internet connection was solid verified through loading ANYTHING ELSE.

Game was nowhere near over for at least 4 minutes or so.

Within 90 seconds reload wild rift.

Cant connect, game is over.

Game doesnt show up in match history?

What does this mean?
