Medcom vs forscom
Hey gang, I recently switched from rigger to eyes. 82nd to cavazos. Hard work to clinic. There are 9 people in my platoon? Squad? I'm not sure, it's weird how it works in the medical field. I created a pt plan Monday through Friday at 0520 am to give ample time to work out and have hygiene/breakfast before we open the clinic at 0730. 3 people consistently show up but a ssg and a new sgt made complaints that "we are the only department that does pt 5 days a week and that early in the morning" they complained that pt isn't mandatory for them but mandatory for the lower enlisted and isn't fair. The only reason it isn't mandatory for the sgt and ssg is because my rank is too low to make them show up.
Now they want to make pt in the afternoon AFTER work. Which cuts into everyone's personal time, because they don't like waking up early.
I'm going to meet with my psg? Department leader? On Monday to express my feelings on the matter. Do you agree with me? If so can you help me come up with an argument on how important it is we do pt and do it in the morning?
Ill order a nice salad with fat free ranch from the commisary, thanks.
