Super disturbed by The Stranger

Ive finished the game and all its endings including the secret ones and although the entire thing was certainly an experience and had its creepy parts the one thing that really raises my hairs is The Stranger. How they sporadically kept on reoccurring and say nothing and dont fit in the surrounding context but you're confronted with a vaguely familiar face that pierces right through you. Theyre kind of ambiguous in all senses but are probably sinister considering their part in a certain cutscene.

Yeesh even looking at their portrait makes me frightened somehow. It's just so eerie and uncanny feeling I cant sleep if I think about it (and the game in general) but I get goosebumps from even sparing a thought.
