EI RTA

Hi All,

I am not sure if this is allowed but if it is, anybody has EI RTA and willing to let me use 750 to recharge my NOL card? So I get the 10% cashback. Will pay 675 in cash. This is for those who needs additional spending on their EI RTA to reach the minimum 1000 spent per month to get the 10% cashback.

Background (I actually lost my NOL card that's why need to recharge)
