Rolling down windows

Sticker says wait 3-5 days. It's been about 34-45ish degrees F everyday. Today is day 9 since tinting was done. It's been parked outside the whole time.

I also had a tint strip on the front done. Can I stick my dash cam back over it? Also would it be safe to roll my windows down considering
