Tips on making friends?

Heyy, so I'm wondering if I can make any friends who want to go to the Olivia rodrigo concert at glasto on Saturday, but the only thing is it's tricky to find people my age (f15) and it's hard to not find weirdos. What should I do? I would go with the rest of my group but none of them want to go to Olivia's set. (Plus I don't really wanna go on my own)
