Bihar and it's universities

JP University in chhapra is a perfect example of how bad condition is. 3year degree takes 5 6 years to complete because thy are not able to conduct exams on time Even results are also delayed 😒 Students are stuck not able to move forward with jobs And this isnot just JP university most universities in Bihar are in the same condition. What is your view on this?
