190 Visa Application - Travel History

Hi, I'm currently preparing to lodge the 190 visa and stuck on the travel history bit.
It says "Give details of all residential addresses for all applicants for the past 10 years since turning 16 years of age."

If I turned 16 in 2018, which was 7 years ago, do i provide details from 2018 or from 2015 (10 years ago)?
