Neighbor moving out spell

Hallo,

I want my neighbor to move out. He is mean to me. I want to do a no money spell for him so he can not afford his mortgage anymore and has to move out. The spell involves a frezer The spell I found in a book says to do it on a tuesday. Now I only have access to a frezer on a thursday because my frezer is stuck and I have to do it at my parent's home and use their frezer, but I am only there on thursday.

Would doing a spell on a thursday instead of on a tuesday really effect the spell you think? Would it not work or backfire at me?
