HELP!! K2 Plus belt tensioning module strain gauge calibration
So i got a new K2 plus around a month back, it gave me CA2715 belt tensioning module abnormal for left side error. Creality sent me a new strain gauge and motor for the auto tensioning module and i have installed it.
Now according to their wiki: https://wiki.creality.com/en/k2-flagship-series/k2-plus/belt-auto-tension-calibration
The difference between idl_adc and full_adc should be greater than 100,000. If not met, it indicates strain gauge calibration failed. If multiple calibrations are unsuccessful, check the belt tension and module screw installation.
I am getting the difference as 22k or 18k or 11k at times. I have checked the installation of the module properly and ran the calibration several times. The error CA2715 is gone and it displays a tick at belt calibration step too now but imean the strain gauge for belt tensioning module is not calibrated right??? So it will pass the check ofcourse.
I suggest everyone should check this too. So what should i do now?? My new strain gauge is faulty too?? Isnt that a bit weird?
Can you guys please help! Please let me know your experience or issues related to this or any other information that could be helpful. Thanks.
