What's your take on blow drying glue? (PVA/Methyl cel.)

I'm about to do a bookbinding workshop at my uni (as extracurricular). But the workshop lasts only 2, max 3 hours. So I'm wondering what's your take on speeding up glue drying with a blow dryer? Potentially, mix (PVA/ methyl cel.)
