Chronic Endometritis & 3rd failed egg retrieval

I need advice and hugs. I’m with CCRM NOVA - Dr. Payson LOW AMH .5 DOR with RPL (5)

Egg retrieval 1- 3 retrieved, 2 blast , 0 pgt Egg retrieval 2- 11 retrieved, 7 blasts, 3 pgt, 1 inconclusive (added omnitrope, clomid)

First pgt FET- failed/ slow rising hcg miscarriage 7 weeks

Endometrial biopsy, ALICE EMMA: positive for chronic endometritis.

Egg retrieval 3- 7 follicles, 3 retrieved, results pending (took antibiotics for the CE, same protocol as egg retrieval 2)

I’m devastated with my results from today. We’ve been told 3 pgt needed per live birth. I feel like this cycle should’ve been canceled but kept told other follicles will catch up and these are good numbers. Even the dr who did the retrieval told me she is shocked with the results.

Any advice for me with my scenario? I’m really sad. It’s been a long road of tears, failures, and disappointment.
