Does anyone find it hard to rest their arm out the window in your Corolla cross?

The door feels so high and far away. I have always rested my arm out the window in the warmer months, especially when smoking. Every other car I’ve owned, I can do this wash and it’s comfortable. In the cross, it is far from it.
