Change DS-160 after paying for the visa fee

I am applying for B1/B2 Visa from the Philippines.

I cannot retrieve the DS-160 but I already paid for the visa fee/scheduling fee ($185) using the DS-160 number I initially used. If I create a new DS-160 would it be possible to change and use the new DS-160 Confirmation Number in my appointment confirmation? If so, how do I request the change? From the visa scheduling website via the Feedback/Request?

Or do I have to pay again using the new DS-160 CN?
