I need advice on how to start learning French

I'm from Europe and want to start studying French. I have experience with English and German and I can already read in French (without understanding what's written). However I can't speak freely as I'm probably at A1 level. Can anyone recommend me ways/places to learn spoken French (learning grammar is not my biggest priority). I prefer to begin without paying for apps. Sorry if I'm asking a question that's already been asked but I'm interested! Thank you!
