How effective are Mighty mouse and Zuni rocket in air to air?

These rocket seem quite bad in air to ground, it not very easy to score a direct hit on ground target and when they missed, they are pretty much irrelevance (especially in case of mighty mouse). But are they any better in air to air?. Can they detonate proximity fuse of enemy missile or something like that?
