IAD to AMS on 767-300; Economy Plus upgrade for 19k miles or $200 worth it?

I’m flying with my family of 5 and premium plus is too rich for my blood. Does economy plus on these old birds give any advantage for sleeping? Or do you recommend we just suck it up in regular coach?
