HELP THIS 17 YEAR OLD IDIOT OUT 😭🤚🏻 [Honest advice and suggestions plz]

-I remember making accounts on every SMs back in 2020, only to get a checkmark on my presence on internet that's why this is my first post in almost 5 years.

[Backstory]
My mom completely taught me till grade 10th as I always tried my best to escape from her scheduled study time back in those days. (I was the most mischievous kid before middle school in my entire batch). Leading to make me fully dependent on her. She left me to check if I can still handle self-study, 2 weeks before pre boards of 10th. Perhaps made me to give re-tests for Maths and Science which went so trash I can't even explain. Got 83% in 10th. Due to this, since childhood I've huge distraction problem and my focus is of size of an atom. Social Media only put lemon juice on this wound, I had this even before I started using SMs. For example: All this nonsense happened but I haven't used Insta & snap and haven't played video-game since 2018. Also, it's not as if I can't focus cause it's "studying", something which requires brain usage. I can't even watch movies and all other adult shenanigans, even for more than 10 minutes. I get lost in my own world there too. Yeah I couldn't take Commerce, Humanities as it's syllabus was much tougher for me + no interest at all and I couldn't see a secure career in Arts. Each mistakes I did in every second of my past 17 years I owe them, I feel guilty, it's all my fault. But I can't turn things back.😭

[Aftermath]
This late habit of self-study combined with -1% focus and 101% distraction put my 11th academic ride only 📉. Got 73% in 11th. No ups only downs, and almost a vertical down graph in 12th. Few hours ago gave my maths exarm and it was nothing but DEPRESSING. I didn't get time to even look at SECTION-E (12 Marks), rest of the question I couldn't able to solve them completely so just left it in between as they gave marks for steps too. We all know how our 2025 physics exarm went. To put cherry on the top, my weakest subject is Chemistry. Failed 5 times consecutively = Preboard-1,2,3 (10th) ; Unit-1,2 (11th). My only hope was physics. Gave JEE by only studying Units and Dimensions (cause preboard-2 got scheduled late in our school) and without sleeping the night before 'cause of my friend's intense snorting sound (I stayed at his house). Got 53-55 %ile. Only subjects that can compensate my % now are English and CS. All the 2025 board papers which just happened, only made my vision for my future, darker. Taking drop will do the inverse for me, y'all know if you read my backstory.

After estimating all my marks for all those board papers which happened. Least % I can secure without a doubt should be around 63-65%. I'm definitely not failing in total % that's for sure.
Since this sub is home to many 12thies or ex-12thies across India so my question is:
1.)Any government colleges available for students with that %? which courses they'll allow?
2.)Best private colleges available for students with these %? which courses they'll allow?
3.)Exercises/Strategies you use to boost productivity, focus, understanding, learning and recalling power.

(Yeah you can say for 3rd one that I can search it up myself on YT to find the most suitable. But after searching, once I don't get the most suitable. My focus.....diverts! 😑)
